拉格比公学同时实施奖学金制度。现奖学金项目设有“阿诺德奖学金”（The Arnold Foundation）和“优秀学生奖学金”（Scholarship）两种。拉格比公学在13+（9年级）、16+（12年级）入学点都会基于申请者在面试中的表现提供学术奖学金和音乐、艺术、戏剧、设计和科技、运动和计算机奖学金。
阿诺德奖学金
“阿诺德奖学金”专为希望以后在科学、数学、英语、历史、艺术或音乐领域发展的拉格比学生所设，奖金达100%学费。至2003年开创以来已有123位学生获得全额奖学金资助。该奖学金需最初入学报名时一起申请。奖学金分为以下两类：

优秀学生奖学金
“优秀学生奖学金“则是将公学每年收入的10%用来奖励取得入学考试好成绩的学生。因竞争激烈，奖学金申请截止日期一般为开学前1年至开学前7个月。以下为2019年9月入学“优秀学生奖学金”类型：
